It seems that Kdice Style and Kdice FULL WIDTH does not works, so I wrote from scratch new style for KDice. Give yourself a better experience and focus on the game, hide unnecessary elements and resize website.

Style effects:
- Add text to log when is empty
- Expand collapsed Player Panel by hover
- Few minor changes
- Remove App Store banner
- Remove bottom margin
- Remove Friend Boost from Player Panel
- Remove Friends Panel
- Remove Month Boost from Player Panel
- Remove the footer
- Remove the header
- Remove the outline of the table, that appears during focus
- Remove Yearly Member from Player Panel
- Wide table
