Places tabs in the titlebar while window is restored for Classic Compact theme & Classic Compact Options 4.0.8 AMO.

I used mostly all the code & altered them from Firefox 4 Menu Button with icon+(Tabs in Titlebar) by ocz to fit CC 4.0.8

(Assuming Firefox Chrome Opera Internet Explorer Other )

For this style to work properly, Firefox 4 needs Firefox 4 UI Fixer https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/firefox-4-ui-fixer/ and the option Make Firefox Menu Button Movable ticked/checked, Having that, this style works while Firefox menu button is either in "Tabbar in titlebar" or in the Navigation Toolbar.

If you use Tab Mix Plus, make sure Hide the Tab Bar option is set to Never.
If you do not use Tab Mix Plus, in Firefox options under Tab options make sure Hide the Tab Bar option is ticked/checked to Never.

Works in Windows 7 Windows Aero theme & or Windows Classic Theme.

Added: Transparent to Menubar to avoid Menubar lapping over Minimize,Restore & Maximize buttons.

Added: Optional option to tweak FF4 App Menu Button if Make Firefox menu Button Movable option is used with Firefox 4 UI Fixer and if the FF4 App Menu button is used in the Tab Bar in Titlebar. This tweak fixes the width of app button, removes drop down marker & orange background color when pressed. Small cosmetic fix. Uncomment the code to use.

Added: Optional option to force remove all tabs button from tab bar. Uncomment the code to use.
