This was based off a userstyle written by a guy named -=Ben=- called "Highlight Textboxes Like Google Chrome (Orange)". The changes I made are:
-Blue colour instead of orange
-Fade effect
-Smaller highlight effect shows up on hover
You can modify the codes & colours yourself if you happen to know CSS.

You may also like -=Ben=-'s original script: http://userstyles.org/styles/21012/highlight-textboxes-like-google-chrome-orange

NOTICE: Works on Firefox 3.5+ Only (requires CSS3 support)
To use this style, install Firefox and Stylish.
