I made this for myself... and someone else wanted it so I am posting this for them. We have FF 3-3.6*
■ Latest Version of Toolbar Buttons ff addon changed some of the icons image and this changes some of them back to the Old Version Icon image.

Bookmarks Manager, Bookmark Current Page (Yellow Star),

Full Screen,Google page, Help (commented out), Profile Folder, Reload All Tabs, Restart Firefox,
Select All, Stop All Tabs Opening, Translate, Undo Close Tab (commented out), Work Offline.
