Global - Pseudo Brightness Control

Hmm, uh-huh, yeah.

Pseudo element version - Simply change the opacity in the code to adjust the "brightness". IFRAMEs will be doubly affected. Uses pointer-events property. Confirmed working in Chrome and Firefox.
