Hides the navigation toolbar untill you hover on a toolbar. (e.g. Tabs Toolbar, Menu Bar)
Shows the navigation toolbar on top of the page. (No Page Movement)

(Assuming Firefox Chrome Opera Internet Explorer Other )

Instructions:
No Buttons On Navigation Toolbar (Default): No Buttons -> only URL Bar)
1. Remove all Buttons on the navigation toolbar (Leave the URL bar only with Reload/Stop on the right)
2. Tabs On Top
3. Install the Style

OR

Enable Some Buttons On Navigation Toolbar:
1. Use Back/Forward, Bookmark Menu, Zoom+/- Buttons ONLY.
2. Remove Comment tags
2. Tabs On Top
3. Install the Style

Bugs:
You Can't use all buttons on the Navigation bar, use the Tab Bar instead.

Compatibility:
Tested on Windows 7, Firefox 4.0, Default Theme.
Might work on other OS.

Update 05/04/2011: The style still works but I suggest Using xat's Firefox 4 - Autohide Navigation Bar Alternative, way better.
