A snappy theme for UserStyles.org, in Stylish colors.

Originally inspired by userstyles.org: Stylish|mod and Userstyles.org >> Elegant blue. Not much "family resemblance" remains, however.

About This Theme
USo Stylish is a light theme for userstyles.org, color-splashed from the Stylish logo. Some highlights include:
* Fresh layout, easy to read and use
* New topical header icons for home, style, user, search, and info pages
* New rating icons
* Two-column Style Lists with hover effects, ratings and installation info
* Show-Code button moved up (in logo), giving quick access to scrollable viewscreen-height code display on Style pages (see screenshot)
* No ads (note, ads are being hidden via the magic of css, not removed from the source)
* and more!
All added images are included right in the code, so nothing is fetched from third-party servers.
Tested compatible with the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome (with Stylish extension) and Opera (with installed userscript.
Also compatible with the popular "Enhancer" script for UserStyles.org (moz-only) - http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/80666
(Possibly restoring compatibility with Table View Plus as well, if it's updated to work with the new site layout.)
This userstyle is not applied to the forum pages.

ver 2.20 Styling fixed and significantly restructured after major design changes at the site (specifically, to the style pages).
ver 2.11 Fixed compatibility with upgrades of Enhancer (updated yesterday, May 6) and Table View Plus (updated several times last night), plus a very minor tweak to Lightbox (a border-separator).
ver 2.10 Added lightbox fix (UserStyles.org: Tweaks > Lightbox), plus three or four minor edits.
ver 2.00 Major upgrade. "Show Code" button moved; changed method of displaying code; moved Facebook link; added new topical and rating icons; rating info and icons added to style lists; plus numerous tweaks and a few bug fixes.
ver 1.23 Fixed to show discussion input form. Stopped hiding every iframe (advert-iframes all appear to finally have the "ad" class assigned.)
ver 1.22 Fixed to not affect forum. (Domain was added on-the-fly with 1.2 for improved search, but oops, forgot to add it "empty".)
ver 1.21 Override iframe ad-block to show iframed Facebook "Like" button.
ver 1.20 Separate containers for before/after screenshots; other minor edits.
ver 1.11 Minor edits (colors, Related box, etc), plus code restructured a bit.
