How to install

• Install Stylish plus Kallout for Firefox (or from here for just Stylish or for other Mozilla apps). If you have Stylish already, make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
• You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get Firefox, then install Stylish plus Kallout (or just Stylish), then come back here to install this style.
• Install with Stylish
• Update installed version in Stylish

While this theme was designed for http://www.ibdof.com it should be adaptable to other V2 sites that use a standard subSilver template.
Notes are contained in the code explaining each section, and what you may have to change for your site of choice.
