There might be ads i didn't catch, i use AdBan - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adban/
It changes the favicon as well (comment the bottom portion if you don't want it).
The right panel (suggested/related videos) pops up on hover. Other than that, it's pretty much just the player - the style is for a wide screen but can be customized. If you want to see comments and ratings and all that noise, you'll have to comment it in the first block of code as it's hidden by default. If you need help with any of this, click on new discussion link and i will help (no rating needed to ask).

03/26/11 - hid the lights on/off switch.
12/11 - due to the site changes, complete code re-write. Made the new home page stuff and video page right panel scroll. Looks good with my Scrollbar Silver (on glass ) Fx4* . If you don't want the scrolls, comment them (ask me how if you don't know. No rating needed in this case!).

01/12 - perfecting touchups - mostly for comments. Changed the player size code, thanks srazzano! Added neat scrollbars. If you don't like them ... search the style for 'scrollbar' and delete everything related.
02/12 - due to the site changes ... Hid alerts, if you need it, comment in the first block ( #alerts )
