After going into Fullscreen mode (F11) I wanted to have the menubar and the statusbar since I can't utilize extensions without these. So I figured out from the chrome how to add them back. I also have no need for the window controls (close, minimize and restore buttons) since I use the keyboard or mousegestures to perform those functions. Just remove that line of code if you can't get by without them.
Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox to use this style. Get , then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- - this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.

Great. I use a 1920x1200 monitor, so many websites (esp. those set to 800 width and centered) look absolutely silly. This (modified slightly to a wider width) substantially improves the readability of several blogs I use. It doesn't work everywhere, of course, but I also haven't seen it "break" a website yet.
