Fx: Vista back&forward + removed free space

I get "Vista Back & Forward Buttons Variation 2 *Updated*" by Allan the Tygr, change margins and add code for removing useless free space on some default toolbars.

Style tested on the Fx 3 b2pre and Win2K. XP and Vista users possible can see some glitches.
