Code-wise, it's more-or-less a simplified, lightweight version of Theme: AureliaNG [Firefox 4.0b8pre/Linux]. Enjoy, if you will.
UPDATE: Theme: Aurelia Light [Firefox 4.0b12pre+/Linux] is available for exactly what its name implies.
DISCLAIMER:
Tested only on Firefox 4.0b8pre and 4.0b9pre on Trisquel 4.0 LTS and 4.0b9pre on Ubuntu 10.10. I'm guessing it'll also work under Firefox 4.0b7, but I haven't tried that out yet. Windows and Mac users, you have been warned.
EDIT:
A very crude version of this style for Windows 7 has been developed under the name of Theme: Aurelia Light [Firefox 4.0b8+/Windows 7].
FEATURES:
* A slimmer Add-on Bar.
* Restyled toolbar button labels for increased contrast.
* Gradients. Plenty of them.
* Industrial-looking construction stripes.
* Placing a space into the menubar results in the name "Aurelia" being displayed (WARNING: Requires the font "Analecta"!)
* The icing on the cake is probably the full Personas compatibility.
* For a few more transitions, Theme Tweak: More Transitions for Aurelia Light is also available.
