More usable design for Jira projects.
*) visibility of block edges;
*) different styles of texts, data, usernames, auxiliary messages etc.;
*) little sizes economy: minWidth=820px, borders are 6px, ...;
After inslallation replace name domain("jira.atlassian.com") to your own domain name of Jira server.
