This style moves the digg buttons and digg count to the left side of the title bar and switches the digg up/down buttons' places, so it's more like "thumbs up, thumbs down." Also hides the "below viewing threshold" text on buried comments.
Update: removes all the ugly borders and blue bars that came with the new comment system, fixes some spacing and more.
