Style A: Affixes the Table of Contents to the top-left corner, represented by a small icon. It stays there as you scroll. Hover over the icon and the ToC will expand.

Caveat: Huge articles with a long Table of Contents might/will be cut off, for example, most items from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:LongPages .

Style B: A long, thin bar will be placed at the left side. When hovered, it will expand to show the ToC. This style will have a scrollbar if the content overflows the height I've set. Height is set at 93% so that the status panel pop-up won't interfere. If you're using Status-4-Evar, you can safely set the height to 100%.
