Long story short, this is AureliaNG - the most recent successor to style 32480 and style 25380. Personal comments? Well, there should be enough eye-candy to go around - and if not, it's compatible with Personas, so you shouldn't have to worry about that. Just keep in mind that this was originally meant for personal use, so it might not be too consistent for all Firefox installations.

RELATED DEVELOPMENTS:
>> style 25380
>> style 32480
>> style 39806
>> style 39809 (might still be a bit unrefined, unfortunately...)
>> style 41236 (lightweight version)

DISCLAIMER:
AureliaNG has only been tested on Firefox 4.0b8pre. Therefore, it may not look very good on Firefox 3.6.x, and something might end up being broken by it. In addition, though you won't be seeing any penguins on the theme itself, the code is *incredibly* Linux-centric - so the odds are that it'll look horrendous on both Windows and Mac.

TO-DO's:
>> Clean up the CSS coding... a lot.
>> Upload a new screenshot.

EDITS:
>> Altered the screenshot a bit; the last one had a Personas theme applied below AureliaNG.
>> Fixed up the version numbering a bit.

UPDATES:
11/07/2010:
>> Fixed up the tabs toolbar dropmarkers. I suppose I'm too used to having certain add-ons around.

11/13/2010:
>> Cleaned up some of the excess code, and tried to structure the remaining code a bit more neatly.
>> Adjusted tab heights and transitions; seems that it was bit jerky in some cases. It's still not perfect, but I'm trying.
>> Reverted the menubar to its native appearance. This might be a bit drastic, however - so if you really can't stand it, I'll post a separate version with the non-native menubar.
>> The name "AureliaNG" can actually be placed into the menubar as an option; however, it's disabled by default, due to possible issues with the font (Analecta) being very obscure. It can be enabled by simply uncommenting the designated block of code, but for best results, the specified font should be installed.
>> The scroll-buttons in the tabstrip have been animated for some aesthetic pleasuring.
>> A few gradients have been simplified since the last update.
>> That's about all I can list from memory, unfortunately...

12/03/2010 (Version 5.5):
>> The custom tab transitions have been knocked out, due to suffering from issues with closing tabs.
>> The menubar label reading "AureliaNG" has been moved to the application menu, and the font has been changed from Analecta to Switzera ADF Ex.
>> Touched-up the find toolbar's styling (I may want to change the color, though).
>> Brightened the Add-on Bar a bit.
>> Altered the tab gradient a bit.
>> Attempted a fix for a tab gradient regression that occurred during an internal milestone.
>> The sidebar header no longer has stripes. Bad call? Notify me if you think so.
>> The menus are now button-like. Another bad call? See above. There might also be a regression involved regarding the text color; I'll look into that as soon as I can.
>> The application menu button is now "jammed-on" - that is, it's always visible.
>> The application menu popup has been restyled a bit.
>> Some other changes I can't remember right now.
