11/10/10 - excluded 'all' boxes since it messes up errors in the Stylish editor.
12/18/10 - due to some changes in the nightlies.
03/04/11 - added number boxes, fixed some hover display.
06/29/11 - changed 'read only' textboxes font to #ccc for readability (for instance, page info textboxes).
05/12 - due to application changes, added disabled number textfields
