If you only want the appmenu as a tab in maximised window use this instead: Firefox 4 Maximized Appmenu Button As Tab
Tested in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110114 Firefox/4.0b10pre ID:20110114030359
03.15.11 - Updated for new tab design
01.15.11 - Fixed inactive private browsing appmenu button color
01.14.11 - Removed beta8 option
01.08.10 - Updated for changes in nightly build
11.24.10 - Fix for titlebar-spacer
11.18.10 - Adjusted menubar margin
11.17.10 - Restyled Appmenu Button
10.28.10 - Margin adjustments for normal window.
