How to install
- Install Stylish plus Kallout for Firefox (or from here for just Stylish or for other Mozilla apps). If you have Stylish already, make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get Firefox, then install Stylish plus Kallout (or just Stylish), then come back here to install this style.
Expanding on pile0nades' idea (http://userstyles.org/style/show/369); this should remove virtually all the jerkiness of the greasemonkey gui and makes it a little bigger.

Except for fine tuning of Greasemonkey Manage Window, now that new version of Greasemonkey is out (0.6.7.20070131.0), this style has become obsolete...
