This code is designed to produce a slightly-older style of layout in Facebook: The Facebook Apps are rearranged into a non-scrolling "toolbar" at the bottom of the page, while the Facebook heading and left-hand sidebar are similarly locked into their respective - but also non-scrolling - positions. Hopefully, this will appeal somewhat to people who preferred the pre-2010 layout, but I can't say for certain yet. Screenshots of this style will be made available ASAP - in the meantime, I hope you enjoy anyway!
