I have no idea if this style works without Tab Mix Plus. Try and tell me ;-) You can find the latest dev.build sticky here: http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=3 .
To show it properly, set to show progress on tabs but do not set the bg for the progress bar under Customize in TMP Options/Display.
A full tab version - as it used to be in Fx 3.6* - is Tab high silver progress bar - Fx4*.

09/23/10 - got rid of the dark bg behind the image. If you want it back, comment the block with .tab-progress > .progress-remainder. Small fixes for use with my Tabs Fx 4.0b* - borderless.
10/13/10 - thanks to onemen, the latest dev.build has restored the progress line on tabs! If you see any bugs with that, post in the Display issues thread: http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13266. Got rid of the remainder bg.
