A modification of old: Chromifox (1.0/all) Tab bar at the very top which extends the active region of the tab bar all the way to the topmost row of pixels.
(This allows users who install a tab-scrolling extension and un-decorate (hide the titlebar and borders on) the Firefox window to slam their mouse to the top of the screen and scroll to switch tabs, just like in Chrome)
Undecorating windows on maximize can be accomplished either via the Hide Caption Titlebar Plus extension ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hide-caption-titlebar-plus-sma/ ) or an external tool. (on Linux, you can usually bind a key for it in your Window Manager's settings)
