What this style does:
• Makes the status bar & sidebar header drag-able (like the titlebar is already)
• Moves classic menu bar up next to the App Menu button when it's hidden (press Alt or F10 to show it).
(Only when the menu bar is hidden, then toggled. When it's *enabled*, the App button hides anyway.)
• Adds a neat shiny "glow" and a sideways shadow to the selected tab.
• When your Firefox has a lightweight theme (a Persona skin), the sidebar elements fade into the bottom of the header image.
• eh, miscellaneous changes I'll stick at the bottom of the code as I add them...

The screenshots are totally useless when they have to be reduced to 100 KB.

08/26/10 - Re-aligned the menu bar w/ the App Button better when there's a lightweight theme enabled.
. . . . . . You can drag the window with the Find toolbar now, too.
09/06/10 - Fixed the find bar's appearance; removed ability to drag window with Menu Bar.
10/01/10 - Topmost [visible] non-glassed toolbar has rounded top corners.
11/14/10 - Updated to Firefox 4.0b7, and amended this userstyle to reflect that.
12/10/10 - Did a few XP-compatibility fixes. Without feedback and/or suggestions, I don't know what else to do with it.
