edit #4 12.11.2007: tidied up the search results and feed search/add subscription pages. More vertical space in expanded view, especially in Firefox 3.0b. Possibly at the slight expense of readability.
Leave .cb hidden, judge removing .cbl, .cbr and .cr for yourselves.
edit #3 11.10.2007 : search and feed settings dropdrown menu fixing: should work more-or-less nicely on Firefox 2.x, 3.0a9 and Opera 9.50a, not so well in Opera 9.23 (unless in greaders full screen 'u' mode). The feed settings button doesn't work too well if horizontal resolution is 800 or less. At least 900 recommended.
edit #2 27.09.2007 : rewrite; the search-box still jumps around sometimes (if browser window is a little too narrow) but usually toggling the style on/off and/or refreshing the page fixes that.
Most things that can be done with the standard keyboard shortcuts are now hidden. Added https in url-prefix
edit 27.09.2007 : hide gbar, the standard links to google services , as well as gbh
Very dirty rewrite of Google reader optimized - AnonCrow edit and Google reader optimized - AnonCrow edit /w search - needs a little more work to reclaim about 15 pixels worth of vertical space at the top.
Feel free to try and make this better. Looks even more horrid on Opera compared to Firefox.
As with Google reader optimized - AnonCrow edit, certain images must be blocked to attain the 'after' look.
Obsoleted by Google Reader way too minimalist
