Another in the "Scores in Sidebar" series for tracking live sports scores in the sidebar. It shrinks the relevant data to 300px, just right for the sidebar. The larger the screen the better it looks.

I use it with a modified version of Auto Hide Sidebar. If you can't get it to work properly with Auto Hide Sidebar leave a message in the forum and I'll post my modifications.
To use this you will need to create a bookmark to
http://www.msnbc.com/modules/counters/scoreboard.asp?sport=NFL&cat=SB
(hopefully this link will still work next week)
Right click on the bookmark and check the "Load this bookmark in the sidebar" box.
This is similar to Scores in Sidebar - NFL (Sportsline) but has some advantages and disadvantages. It refreshes itself but the links point to dull stats pages. I haven't gotten around to editing the stats pages so look for an update and a few tweaks next week.
How to highlight your favorite team(s):
Middle click on a link to open it in a new page. Note the last number in the URL.
Change:
A[href$="team=15"] to your team's number, and,
color:green !important;
background-color:orange !important; to your team's colors.
A dark color on a light background looks better. You can add as many customizations as you like.

Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get it now, then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- - this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.
- - Greasemonkey and Opera users can load this style as a user script.
