The original Glass Menus double plated fixed to work with fx 4.0b1+

08/17/10 - a fix for the web Search Pro menu, changed checkboxes.
08/24/10 - added the new extended menu (Minefield b5pre)
10/09/10 - fixed a typo for disappearing menulist dropdown items, small fix for the Appl.button menu.
