This is a compilation of some of the other Facebook styles on this site that I found useful, along with some additional advertisement removal CSS of my own.
This style also includes a section to remove the "New Stuff" and "Next Step" sections.
Update history:
2007-09-10 : .findfriends style is no longer hidden, since it was used in other places on the site.
2007-11-09 : updated to hide the .social_ad style
2008-07-24 : updated for advertisement styles used in the new July 2008 Facebook re-design. I also added rules to hide the application story entries and "application installed by friend" stories in the news feed, but since some people may be interested in these, the .app_story and .app_install_story styles are currently commented out. (On a personal note, I have had third party applications disabled on my profile for months now, so I'm not even sure if they still have these showing up.)
2008-12-22 : Removed the new "sponsor" ad box on the Facebook home page and fixed a formatting issue on the profile page.
2009-03-15: Added .UIHotStory_Ad line. (So how many redesigns has Facebook been through so far?)
If I missed anything, let me know and I'll update the CSS here. I did some testing but didn't go to every type of page on Facebook to see if I got everything.
