The new back/forward browsing links looked a bit 'off' for my tastes, so I've restyled them to look as in the screenshot below.

I have another version of this style called deviantART: back/forward 'newschool' that retains the contextual link and is positioned more like the default style (though I've moved it up to merge with the header bar).
