Removes ads, removes the sidebar where unnecessary, cleans up the sidebar, makes all of the install links uniform in appearance (black box), widens the page to full screen.
The search box is absolutely positioned - a screen width of less than 1024 is not recommended.
The major cosmetic changes are to the main page at http://userscripts.org/
Relocates the search box.
Removes the "Latest News" block. Click on the "Blog" link instead.
Removes the "Browse all scripts" link. Click on the "Scripts" link instead.
Increases the font sizes for legibility.

- The black boxes were becoming too much trouble to redesign so I've opted for traditional looking links.
- The annoying "feedback" tab is redesigned and relocated or there is an edit included to remove it entirely (delete 2 lines where indicated).

Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox to use this style. Get , then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- - this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.

This style is great although I found an annoyance with the search bar. On the userscripts.org main page, the search bar is smaller:
