For TOP 60 countries is now with BOLD font and front size at 105%

When you are searching for a friendlily, and can’t remember if you have
the flag at home, away or both, this tool will help you. You can now have
colors, depending on whether you have the flag at home, away or both.

If you have downloaded this before 09-dec-2011 you need to:
Change the number for Cuba and O'zbekiston in -> option[value=""]
Cuba = 147
O'zbekiston = 145

Otherwise you don't need to update it.

Colors:
Home: Shalimar (Darker if in top 60 - BOLD font and front size at 102%)
Away: Melrose (Darker if in top 60 - BOLD font and front size at 102%)
Missing for top 60: Light Grey - BOLD font and front size at 102%
Both: Snowy Mint font size reduced and with the line-through

I have change the numbers for Cuba and O'zbekiston in option[value=""]
Cuba = 147
O'zbekiston = 145
