These are my personal modifications for Gmail. This style is intended for use with Mozilla Prism, the "Tree" theme, and the multiple inboxes lab feature. Here's a list of what it does:
-Removes the ads in the message window.
-Hides the invite box.
-Makes multiple inbox titles fit in better with the "Tree" theme.
-Moves the new window, print all, expand all, collapse all, and forward all links to fit into a space above email messages.
-Removes the navigation links from the top of the page (Documents, Calendar, etc.).
