Many thanks to marcanth, and his source Roger Johansson, for a GREAT script I've already given 5 stars. Problem was I couldn't get the image to work, and then found a character map symbol which worked in Stylish, but not in userContent. I've put the image BEFORE the link, and rewritten the code more precisely thanks to Pawe� Kubisz (cyberrus) and the PDF icon script ("a[href]") - and come up with this PNG/base 64 version which works BOTH in Stylish and userContent. I'm grateful to marcanth for finding this as now, even with my black background Google IMage Search script in effect, I still get an indicator of "visited image" as well as links (see screenshots).

Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get it now, then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- - this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.
- - Greasemonkey and Opera users can load this style as a user script.

Great style. One question is there a way to disable it for certain sites?

Thanks, Paulfox. That one is great also! Kid_ReeFer, it is working here... Did it happen right after you installed any extension or any other style? It could be an incompatibility... Or, if for some reason, the image became blocked by adblock (if you have it instlalled)?
