If you use Tab Mix Plus ext. (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1122), you can set selected/all tabs to be reloaded from the Fx Reload button dropdown menu. This style changes the default images as seen on the screenie (shown with my Glass Menus double plated, optional, of course! Will work with all of my menus styles and Fx default, etc.)...

04/30/10 - added the tab reload every menu (Rclick on a tab/Reload tab every > ...). Fixed the icon showing even if the option is disabled (sorry about that!).
08/17/10 - fixed to work with my Glass Menus double plated Fx 4.0b* and Glass checkboxes with bullets.
12/9/10 - changed the image, see the new 'after' shot below.
