UPDATE 02/06: Now combined for Tabs on Top and Tabs on Bottom scenarios
UPDATE 24/05: Aero has relanded and Menu Bar is now above Tabs Toolbar. So some tweaks.
Conditions to apply this theme:
- Minefield/Firefox 3.7a4 and above only (post April 06 builds).
- Works only with Windows 7/Vista, since there is no concept of Glass on Linux or Mac OSX
