The default Firefox theme looks terrible on Windows Vista. This userstyle fixes that by setting a neutral color for toolbar backgrounds. This replaces https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4484 which weighs in at 474 KB.
This userstyle works only on the default Firefox theme. It will probably look terrible if you use it with other themes.
