Similar to my other userstyle, Firefox: Scrollable Toolbar, except that it doesn't have the scrollbar - instead, it tries to fit the toolbars to the window's width as closely as possible. It arguably becomes more useful when used in tandem with TotalToolbar (http://totaltoolbar.mozdev.org/), since it also applies to the add-on's additional toolboxes.
