This simple CSS tightens up the standard "Classic" iGoogle look in this 1st draft.
Smaller but still readable fonts, tighter white-space control, and 6 newly colored tabs make this very useful for anyone on a lower res screen (my new laptop is limited to a miserable 1024x768).
The next version will seek to match tab colors to module colors (currently not easy due to how iGoogle has (mis)managed its elements, but I'm working on it!). In the pre-theme Google Home Page I was able to control column colors as well; I hope to do column differentiation (probably via tones) as well for those who are really anal about organizing content in cols as well as tabs.
Then I'll work on a universal streamlining style to mod all iGoogle themes.
