In Firefox 14 toolbar buttons are borderless and the navigation toolbar is much taller. Wasting so much space doesn't make sense. This style reduces the padding of toolbar buttons and the height of the navigation toolbar.

For bookmarks toolbar use Australis toolbar-button styling for Bookmarks.
