If you use the TotalToolbar add-on (http://totaltoolbar.mozdev.org/), you might want to place some of the toolbar buttons on the right-hand side of the tabstrip. Unfortunately, most of their menus will likely open from the left-hand side and go off the edge of the window. This add-on tweaks the direction of most menus placed directly on the right side of the tabstrip so that they open from the right. In other words, they will open inward, much like Google Chrome's menus.
