How to install

• Install Stylish plus Kallout for Firefox (or from here for just Stylish or for other Mozilla apps). If you have Stylish already, make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
• You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get Firefox, then install Stylish plus Kallout (or just Stylish), then come back here to install this style.
• Install with Stylish
• Update installed version in Stylish
• Load as user script for Greasemonkey and Opera users.

It's improved CSS version of SourNote's GreaseMonkey script (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8536)
It changes google.com and images.google.com search - the topbar remains on the top of the page all the time.
Works great with Definitive Google Auto Pager (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8430) and Google Images Auto Pager (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8433)
