Fixes the form widgets problems when using gtk-qt-engine that causes active radio buttons and checkbox to be "whited out" or blank, also removes the framing from the lower statusbar, and further fixes the annoying rendering error of the scrollbar and it's left outline borderline thingy that only renders where the slider is. Thanks to those who I borrowed snippets from to play with and figure out how to fix this.

This does all of this without using new graphics or images...it may be a kludge, but it's small, and efficient. It's all visual stuff that'll never get fixed on the softwares themselves...

Why? Because I hade KDE4 and think it's a Vista-ish piece of garbage. Yes, even 4.3. It's bloated, extremely slow, and the UI is horrible because none of the options are the same.

KDE3 needs some devs to pick it up and turn it into a new project...port it to use QT4 in some ways - backport the speed features and fixes that apply, and then
