04/06/10 - hid the buttons background. If you want it back, comment the first block of the code.
12/25/10 - made line number/search fields semi-transparent bg (it goes with my Black Mica series. If you don't want it, search for #LineNumber input and comment that block). Added toggle toolbars button.
10/11 - edited to work with the addons manager Option button and modal editor window opened from there. Thanks ChoGGi!
03/12 - due to application changes coming in Fx13, edited toolbar buttons - no Fx box on hover. Added the new Delete xul: button.
