Blocks all ads on all pages, and tweaks layout bits here and there.
Optimized for GDI++ freetype font rendering.

Helvetica Neue Regular (55 Roman) and Bold (75 Bold) - for base text
Helvetica Neue Medium (65 Medium), Medium Condensed (67 Medium Condensed) - for headers
Titillium - for page header and mini-headers, strong text (anime titles, etc)
Shin Go Pro R (Japanese font)

- I recommend to use third-party font-smoothing software such as GDI++/ezgdi/gdipp etc when displaying OpenType fonts as above.
- if you're annoyed by the delay in fonts applying on the pages, download the fonts and install them to your computer, so that the code doesn't have to download font files every time.

2010.06.23 :: A bug in which links under the horizontal navigation were unclickable is fixed. Also changed some codes regarding the headers. TeX Gyre Heros has been replaced by Helvetica Condensed as it is on the original stylesheet.(Fonts are embedded)
2010.06.22 :: Removed unused font embeds, moved Tex Gyre Heros part to Cleartype Addon. (Minor update)
2010.06.20 :: Added alternative lighter bg and header as per request. Just uncomment the ALT BACKGROUND section at the end of the code.
2010.06.19 :: New style for horizontal navigation. Container min-height set, plus minor code changes
2010.06.18 :: New background, header bg. Plus additional convenient tweaks. Ad block update.
2010.06.17 :: Fixed unclickable home button and unaccessible searchbar. Removed new header ads. Fixed flashing black text (color change delay) on header menu.
