Install
Style is complete as it needs to be, I have ignored the dropdown lists, store, help, etc. as those are barely ever visited. 2 Small options are at the bottom of the style if wish to remove the ad-frame or change the font size of links.
If you want something changed or added message me on Reddit at user FillInTheBlank, I will not reply to you here.
About the adbox in my screenshot;
I don't know why it says 403 error, it has been doing that for a few weeks now.

- When I fixed the background colour of some tables it also changed the background colour of highlighted quoted comments. Fixed now.

- Stopped numbered lists =>20 cutting off at the left edge. (up to about 999 though, but whose going to have a numbered list that big?)
- Changed background colour of 'promoted links' to match the style for those of you who have it enabled.
