As mentioned in the description, the empty rulesets are there to help users add their own styles. I think giving it a rating of 0 just for that reason is a bit unfair. ;)

Try changing it to a bit lighet blue. That aqua blue is hurting my eyes.
And make the logo smaller and its background the same blue.
But I will give you 3 for effort. If you update I will give you higher score.
