Disable folder arrows in bookmark bar

Disables the tiny folder arrows at the right side of folder bookmarks in bookmark bar. I find them kind of unnecessary when favicons are enabled instead, which can be done with Display favicons in bookmark bar by me.

To use this style, install Firefox and Stylish. If you already have Stylish, make sure this site is allowed to run JavaScript.
