Adds a glossy background to all drop-down menus and context menu pop-ups.
Does NOT seem to work on Windows Aero (Vista and 7).

Requires Rounded Menus Popups (WellRounded) Firefox 3 (WOW) to work: Set all "-moz-border-radius:" to 4px.

I could have just integrated the code into mine, but that would be
a bit dishonest, and take credit away from someone who worked
a little harder on it than I did. ;)

I used code from some of dotter's userstyles in this, so I'll credit him
for making
Rounded Menus Popups (WellRounded) Firefox 3 (WOW) and
Custom Menus Background Image (WOW), which gave me the idea for this.
