Affects the appearance of the browser-based RPG Kingdom of Loathing (KoL).
Created using code from Amanda Kerik's KOL - Skin - Black and White (July 7, 2008).
If you use any of her other KoL skins, this will not override [much of] it,
although you may desire to change some of the colors in this style for aesthetic purposes.

My name on Kingdom of Loathing is PlastikManiac, the same as my user name here.
Feel free to contact me in-game about this userstyle; I'd love to hear any feedback.

Updates:
3-09-10 - added some borders and table backgrounds, among other things.
3-19-10 - expanded on the "experimental" section; added a couple exclusions to the image shadow effect;
added the "border around items" section [still testing]; styled the red "rollover" message
3-23-10 - I decided part of the shadowing effect is either too inclusive or too exclusive to be effective.
(Blame Jick & Co. for not naming unique table-data types.) I think exactly 1.3 of you will even notice the difference.
- Added more map-image-grid categories to exclude from the shadowing (so they'll still line up). Tell me in-game if you find more.
4-08-10 - Miscellaneous minor adjustments; lightened text-shadow after feedback from another KoL player.
4-26-10 - Made style of input boxes more consistent; labeled sections with comments for easier reading
- Updated code to include the "(jump to final round)" link for the combat macros.
4-30-10 - Split out the item boxes in inventory pages and fight results; now it's KoL - Inventory Items in Boxes.
5-06-10 - I changed the name. In this version, I removed all body-text shadowing, as it makes the text harder to read.
