Fixes some of the changes made in the recent UI overhaul.
FEATURES:
1) makes notes look flatter; cards are out.
2) makes notes scroll down with the page; so had to fix the formatting toolbar at the top.
3) places the note title & the source link at the bottom of each note
4) styles the addon to make note menu appear in one row
5) hides the following:
- page footer
- 'add comment' section
- 'expand section' link
LAST UPDATE: Google, for some reason, poked around with mark-up causing the style to not work properly. Fixed that.

Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get it now, then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- - this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.
- - Greasemonkey and Opera users can load this style as a user script.

you should edit it to work with http://google.com/notebook as well as www.google.com/notebook =p
