Makes bottom transparent, adds hover effects and background image
Clear list button is wider and hidden when the list is empty
Works on firefox 3.5 and later, Vista/Win7 required

Full transparency makes text more difficult to read (even with text-shadow applied), and does not meets windows user interface guidelines, so I moved to this style.
Update 1: added some padding in bottom
